Responsibilities
As an integral part of the finance team, the FP&A Senior Financial Analyst will lead financial planning activities and coordinate deliverables (budget, forecast and other ad hoc requests).
This person also acts as a financial partner and supports the various other departments.
-Support the Senior Director in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic analyses.
-Participate in financial planning and modeling via forecasting, budgeting and strategic plan processes.
-Collaborate with various departments to design, implement and maintain key performance indicators and dashboards.
-Prepare financial presentations and reports to support the management team.
-Actively contribute to the development, standardization, and optimization of processes.
-Perform general ad hoc analysis (including business valuations, business cases, etc.).
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
-Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance or Accounting
-Capable of solving problems, making the right decisions, and using sound judgement to escalate issues with recommendations when necessary.
-Strong team player with good interpersonal and leadership skills
-Strong analytical and strategic background, organized and autonomous
-Strong sense of urgency and respect of deadlines
-Adept at managing change and working as part of a team
-Excellent communication skills
-Bilingual (written and oral) French and English
-Advanced knowledge of financial systems (ERP, Reporting tool, Excel, Data Analytical tool, ABC, Power BI, etc.)
