    Your challenge!

     

    Under the supervision of the Senior Controller, the Senior Financial Analyst will developed and implement standardized financial process and will act as an expert in its field of responsibility.
     

    Individual responsibilities

     

    • Develop robust working tools to ensure accurate reconciliation and financial information
    • Work in collaboration with different stakeholders such as COE, shared services center and business unit and ensure good communication with them
    • Collaborate with the team in supporting our closing process documentation and reconciliation as well as internal control execution
    • Support SAP implementations; by supporting the financial team with training, develop and maintain procedures and continuous improvement.
    • Engage in skills development of other members of the finance team (coaching, training)
    • Participate actively to the budgeting process 
    Experiences and strengths

     

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
    • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in similar positions;
    • Experience in costing in a manufacturing field (an asset)
    • Mastery of the office suite and advanced mastery of Excel;
    • Experience with SAP, SQL, Database, Power BI DAX
    • In-depth analysis capability
    • Autonomy and resourcefulness;
    • Sense of organization and efficiency; 
    • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
    • Ability to work on several files at the same time;
    • Ability to develop a trusting relationship and be a good communicator of ideas.
