Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities
- Responsible professional accounting work, including, but not limited to, the preparation and posting of journal entries, general ledger account reconciliations and analysis.
- Maintenance and implementation of accounting policies and internal controls.
- Support cross-functional forecasting and budgeting processes, including forecasts for presentation materials for external and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare financial models
- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to processes and analysis capabilities.



Qualifications
- CPA designation, with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Must have the capabilities to develop and analyze robust financial models
- Advanced Excel modelling skills
- Strong understanding of financial modelling, balance sheet reconciliation, cash flows, budgeting, etc.
- Financial modelling and planning skills oriented towards continuous improvement
- Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Leadership team of the organization
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Should have worked with a large ERP

Summary
Support the finance team and be accountable for the end‐to‐end financial forecasting, planning/ budgeting processes, operating plan variance analyses, medium and long-term investor return analysis, and supporting key strategic projects.
