Responsibilities
In this Senior HR Business Partner role in Toronto, you will have the following responsibilities:
Build strategic partnerships with leaders, understanding their business drivers and needs.
Collaborate on data-driven, large-scale people initiatives with founders and senior leadership.
Develop talent health improvement plans for the business area.
Evolve organization structures and talent strategies with business leaders for scalability.
Identify high-performance culture solutions, gaining stakeholder buy-in through influence.
Qualifications
In this Senior HR Business Partner role in Toronto, you need the following qualifications:
8+ years of experience in strategic HR position and/or consulting position
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
