Responsibilities
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant
stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Identify project milestones, critical success factors, risks and resource
Ensure resource availability and allocation, working closely with resource
managers
Develop a detailed project plan to deliver the project, and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
using appropriate verification techniques
Measure and track project performance using available tools and techniques
in
compliance with key performance indicators (KPI)
Report progress, risks, challenges, and engage management as needed
Manage the relationships with the client, vendors and all stakeholders
Perform risk management regularly to minimize impact on the project
Create, maintain and communicate comprehensive project documentation
Manage budget and use change process as needed
Qualifications
Langues parlées et écrites / Languages spoken and written: English, French
Niveau d’expérience / Level of experience: Senior
Exigences minimum/ Minimum requirements :
7+ years of experience managing IT Infrastructure projects.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, project management or equivalent.
Efficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, Teams, SharePoint
Work experience in a virtual environment
Experience in resource matrix management
Technologies demandées / Technologies required:
7+ years experience managing Infrastructure projects (Networking, Storage, Migration to Cloud, Infra upgrade...)
Autres exigences / Other requirements
Certifications et/ou expérience / Certification and/or experience :
La certification PMP est un atout
