Responsibilities
- International shipping documents
- Coordination with customer support for all requests
- Preparation of the quotes and forward to customer
- Negotiate rates and transit times to obtain best terms
- Handling air, ocean and freight logistics requests
- Monitor and track all shipments
- Assisting with customs clearance
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in arranging ocean freight, air, or trucking, logistics or supply chain
- Knowledge of Cargowise is an asset
- Bilingualism is a must
- Diploma in Supply Chain or related logistics program is an asset
- CIFFA Certificate
