Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with finishing panels off the production line
- Assist with the preparation of panels for wrapping and packing (stacking, transporting panels to wrap stations/shipping department)
- Quality control
- Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and Health and Safety Standards
- Maintain the general appearance and housekeeping of work areas
- Act as an ambassador of the company with all employees and customers
- Follow all regulations, company policies, and procedures
- Assist other warehouse staff as required
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (propane) is an asset
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Basic hand tool skills (files, exacto knives, drill)
- Physical requirements include: Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs, standing, occasionally climbing up and down stairs, pulling, pushing, bending, and torso twisting movements with weight
