Senior Manager, Communications

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan to support Operational Risk’s strategic priorities, including: leader communications, internal social media platforms, email, newsletters, videos, intranet and events (e.g., Town Halls, All Hands)
Develop and drive clear, simplified, and streamlined content that meets all stakeholder needs
Implement tactics to measure communication success
Develop, plan and execute compelling engagement tactics for a global team (i.e., communication, training, learning events) through various internal delivery platforms and channels such as e-mail, Newsletters, Webex
Support the design, build and maintenance of OR Connect sites. Drive awareness, adoption, usage and knowledge of sites


Qualifications
6+ years of communications experience
Proven track record as a respected strategic advisor to senior executives
Post-secondary education, certification, or designation in communications or related field
Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-stakeholder communication strategies and change communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to develop high-quality written communications and storyboards, as well as presentation and video materials
Technologically savvy, specifically with WebEx (Meetings, Events, Teams), expert knowledge of webcasting (Audio and Video), Video Conferencing, survey tools, working knowledge of video editing software and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
Video editing and / or graphic design skills


Nice to Haves:

Change Management training/certification
Knowledge of Operational or experience in the financial industry
Strong creative, organization and problem solving skills in order to manage multiple projects, with the ability to identify challenges and propose solutions
Operational risk environment - very nice to have
Financial experience nice to have
