Responsibilities
Day to day focus on monitoring and optimizing Google, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook
acquisition campaigns to improve efficiency and overall performance.
The candidate enjoys reviewing data while following through with in-platform changes.
Person will often be required to readily adjust and embrace constant change within a
self-directed environment.
High-degree of interaction with other marketing groups: providing data and analysis,
platform education, and setting up technical aspects like conversion tracking.
Qualifications
5-10 years of digital marketing experience as an acquisition media specialist.
Work experience in setting up and managing marketing campaigns in Google Ads and/or
Facebook.
Working expertise and strong interest in digital acquisition marketing, especially paid
search and social marketing.
Advanced knowledge of online acquisition marketing best practices.
Exceptionally organized self-starter who can work independently, execute quickly and
move to the next task.
Strong interest in online marketing.
Ability to move quickly and proactively for campaign success in a deadline-driven
environment.
Be comfortable with data: generating/reviewing spreadsheets, graphs, charts, trend
lines, flat tables, etc.
Nice to have:
Financial services industry experience.
3-5 years’ experience in using third-party bid automation programs (e.g. Google Ads).
Experience with scripts.
Experience with Search Engine Optimization.
Experience with Google Tag Manager/container tags
Experience with Tableau.
Google Ads Certification
Soft Skills:
Relationship management, negotiation and presentation skills
To be successful, the candidate must be an exceptionally organized self-starter who can
work independently. He/she should be able to leverage the value in unit, department,
and enterprise-wide teams to develop better solutions and achieve a cross-channel
mindset.
