Sr. Marketing Manager – Retail Business Banking is focused on supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities of the Retail Business Banking business. The function focuses on understanding customers and the identification, development and execution of Marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support the overall business goals –including new to bank acquisition, support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives.

•Marketing Strategies & Plan: Developing and successfully implementing customer centric, multi-channel Marketing campaigns that support the business objectives, engage our front line colleagues and delight our customers.
•Executional Excellence: Understanding the segment or product needs to brief, manage and implement campaign activity which supports segment or product commercial objectives
•Project Management: Co-ordination, management and execution of Retail Business Banking marketing strategy and marketing program management to deliver against the objectives and ambitions of the Retail Business Banking business objectives and goals.
•Deliver and Monitor Results: Ensure marketing campaigns are tracked and measured appropriately to demonstrate effectiveness and return of investment. In addition, take corrective action to achieve targets where required. Analyst past results and make recommendations to maximize ROI. Relationship
•Management: Build strong relationships with business partners to develop a culture of collaboration with a solutions-driven approach.

• Work with a range of key stakeholders across Marketing teams and the business to share outputs and best practice, securing alignment and buy-in of campaign objectives
• Manage a broad range of agencies (e.g. creative, media and events) to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials
• Gain agreement from all key stakeholders to ensure support for campaign activities and budgets
• Assume day-to-day management of agencies and other third party suppliers to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
• Keep abreast of customer needs and latest Marketing trends within the industry via all opportunities whether face-to-face, online or via research
• Stakeholder feedback following effective engagement
• Customer insights and feedback
• Agency reviews
• Delivery of clear and structured plans that support business objectives
• Deliver clear communication strategies for internal audiences for awareness of major campaign activity

Work for one of Canada's largest banks

•8+ Years of Marketing Experience – B2B is strongly preferred
•5+ Years’ Experience within a Financial Environment Managing Marketing Campaigns
•Demonstrated/Hands On Experience with Digital Marketing; specifically with the process, the work-flow and has lived/breathed digital marketing for the last several years
•Demonstrated Experience Working With & Managing Marketing Agencies
•Someone who can hit the ground running
•Strong ability to manage senior level/executive level stakeholders
•Degree in Marketing
