Responsibilities
- Prepare HR partners and stakeholders for upcoming changes, ensuring their readiness and acceptance of the organizational changes & HR changes
- Address the human aspects of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
= Conduct change impact analysis to identify affected stakeholders and assess their readiness for change.
- Develop and implement business readiness plans and activities to encourage employee adoption of new capabilities and technology.
- Collaborate with the IT Project Manager to complete status reports and identify and address risks and issues.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in change management role
a university degree in Organizational Change Management
qualification in communication, behavioral analysis
OCM in large transformational technology programs
