Responsibilities
Processing new hires/terminations and ROEs in a timely and accurate manner
Entering, balancing, and batching timesheets
Reporting and balancing EHT, RRSPs, and other deductions
Managing payroll for over 1000 employees across multiple provinces
Handling over 20 collective agreements
Conducting monthly and year-end payroll reconciliations
Resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner
Processing semi-monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly payrolls for hourly paid and salaried employees
Validating, reviewing, and reconciling hours from timekeeping systems to final pay registers
Processing adjustments, deductions, and garnishments as necessary
Qualifications
Is a go-getter with a can-do attitude
Is easy to work with and a collaborative team player
Has experience with ADP, which is considered an asset
Has intermediate Excel skills
Has completed or is working towards a PCP certification
Has 5+ years of experience in payroll
Summary
Location: North York near Vaughan
Compensation: 75,000+
