Responsibilities
• Development solutions using Power Platform and Dynamics 365
• Configure and support existing Power Platform and Dynamics 365 implementations
• Oversee the development work and participate in solution review
• Assist with deployment and provisioning activities
• Provide coaching and code review for jr. developers
• Assess the current state of Power Platform and Dynamics practice and provide recommendations to strengthen the development practice
• Other related tasks as needed
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience developing solutions using Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
• 2-3 years of experience with Power Pages (Power Apps Portal)
• 3-5 years of experience leading or mentoring junior developers
• Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
• Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
• Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of Power Automate
Summary
Additional relevant experience:
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service module
• Developed Canvas and Model Driven apps
• Experience with SharePoint Online
• Public sector work experience
