Responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise security platforms.
- Develop and maintain service-design blueprints and target operating models for security solutions, including CyberArk PAM, Defender XDR, DLP, and SIEM.
- Define service operating, support, and interaction models to ensure stability and continuous improvement.
- Create engagement frameworks and release playbooks to onboard business stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional teams to deliver new services on time and within scope and budget.
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, and risk metrics, reporting progress to executive sponsors.
- Perform market and technology research to identify gaps and emerging security trends.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in product management, technical strategy, or senior security roles.
- Experience with products that have proper operating models and a deep understanding of security technology domains.
- Demonstrated experience with strategic models and defining product vision and roadmaps.
- A client-facing and cross-functional role with excellent communication, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of core security technology domains, including Identity & Access Management, Data Protection, Infrastructure Security, and Security Operations (SIEM, SOAR).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and ITIL service-management frameworks.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and governance, including chairing steering committees and negotiating scope.
- Previous public sector experience and knowledge of regulatory environments (FIPPA, PHIPA) are assets.
