Responsibilities
• Interim Executive Leadership and oversight for all aspects of program scope clarity, budget
management, schedule management, vendor management,
risk and issue management, sponsor engagement, resourcing, etc.
• Shared senior executive alignment and approval of the scope and
outcomes
• Establishment of effective governance and decision-making structures to
advance efforts.
• Creation of, senior executive / sponsor endorsement for, and management
of: program scope, schedule, resource plan and related materials.
• Guidance and identification of resourcing needs and timing for
deliverables and releases.
• Preparation and delivery of weekly briefing materials on
the status and overall health of the program.
Qualifications
• Demonstratable senior program director leadership experience for complex
transformation initiatives.
• Demonstratable leadership experience in the public sector.
• Live experience leading teams comprised of multi-vendor and public sector
employees.
• Significant experience setting, re-baselining, and managing scope, schedule,
budget, and quality for transformation projects.
• Experience establishing and running governance structures to support delivery,
including engagement with senior executive leadership teams.
