Our client is looking for a Senior Program Manager for a 12 month contract in Toronto.
This is an onsite role.

Responsibilities
• Stakeholder Engagement:
· Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
· Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
· Organize stakeholder meetings, workshops, and forums to foster collaboration.
• Project/Program Management:
· Lead the coordination and implementation of the shared service model.
· Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and address risks.
· Prepare detailed project status reports and presentations.
• Communication Strategy:
· Execute a robust communication strategy to keep stakeholders informed.
· Disseminate regular project updates and maintain consistency in communications.
• Process Improvement and Evaluation:
· Identify opportunities for process improvement within the shared service model.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of shared services.
• Advocacy and Collaboration:
· Foster a culture of innovation and excellence among stakeholders.
· Build strong relationships with external partners and represent stakeholder interests.
• Strategic Alignment:
· Contribute to strategic plans for the shared service model.
· Support prioritization of strategic initiatives and policy development.
Qualifications
MUST HAVES:
• Demonstrated experience in establishing/maintaining multiple collaborative relationships/partnerships with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience communicating across many functional areas to actively engage project stakeholders and manage client expectations with diverse interests, technical and non-technical backgrounds using the appropriate level of political acuity and messaging for the audience.
• Experience gathering and developing business and technical requirements to create and maintain a detailed program, project schedule and/or integrated plan.
