The Senior Project Accountant is responsible for all accounting, tax, cash-flow and reporting for the projects allocated to them. The Senior Project Accountant functionally oversees an Accounts payable administrator working on their projects.

Responsibilities
These responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
Preparing annual financial statements, along with interim statements/ budgets / cash-flow statements and investor reports.
Working with external and internal stakeholders
Account reconciliation / GST/HST returns
Qualifications
University degree and accounting designation (CPA preferred
Real-estate and construction industry experience is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and high emotional intelligence
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong technical and analytical skills
