Location: Mississauga
Hours: M - F, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: $100, 000 - $115, 000 + bonus
Start Date: June 2023

Responsibilities
What will you be doing as the Senior Property Manager?
- Manage regular building inspections and capital projects from beginning to end
- Ensure corporate governance and EH&S policies and procedures are complianet
- Oversee building certifications, sustainability programs, tenant events and community outreach programs
- Manage complex tenant relationships and ensure all tenant issues are managed efficiently and effectively
- Provide direction to Building Operations on janitorial, sustainability, security, life safety, R&M, and major repair items
- Oversee and maintain operating budget spending
- Manage annual operating and capital budgets, as well as producing a variety of reports
- Monitor revenue and expenses, as well as providing commentary on variances
- Manage and advise on multiple capital, construction, and acquisition projects
Qualifications
What will you bring to the team from Day 1?
- 5 + years of property management experience with extensive exposure to industrial and retail properties
- 5 + years of budgeting (capital, operation, etc), and reporting management experience
- Must have experience analyzing commercial and retail building data
- Evidence leading a team where good culture is enhanced and results are produced
- RPA and/or CPM designations
