This position will be responsible for assisting individual supplier development plans and will be responsible for the implementation of quality, six-sigma, process control, and managing non-conformities. This position will also be responsible for tracking multiple projects and working with the remainder of the supplier development team to coordinate their time at the suppliers and pursuing the open action items at suppliers.

Responsibilities
Formulates procedures, specifications, and standards for products and processes. Develops and implements corrective/preventative action plans. Managing Non-Conformities along with collecting and analyzing data for gauge and product evaluation. Identifies critical suppliers, gauges, procedures, and materials needed for the completion of new products. Ensures that suppliers have necessary information and facilities to deliver quality products.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates a fundamental base in statistics, SPC, and process control methodologies
- Demonstrate essential base in root cause analysis and investigation
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, blueprint reading and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, basic understanding of QSR/ISO regulations, design assurance, FMEA, and product testing methods, and are able to use optical comparators and CMMs.
- Demonstrates fundamental problem-solving skills through the use of quality and statistical tools
- Demonstrates a fundamental base in Quality tools such as control plans, risk analysis, gage calibration and gage studies, advanced quality planning, and process validation.
- Has a previous experience in conducting QMS or any regulated industries
- Has a working knowledge of lean philosophies, production processes, and effective change control
- Ability to deliver, meet deadlines and have results orientation
- Able to communicate both orally and in written form to multiple levels of the company
- Must have demonstrated a history of strong performance, including leadership abilities, and excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a team environment and build relationships outside the department as well as outside the company (suppliers, regulatory agencies, etc.).
- Up to 5% travel requirements
