Work Model: Onsite, two days a week (travelling between locations, all within a 25 minute drive)
Contract: 18 Months

Responsibilities
- As a part of the HR team, you will actively participate in full-cycle recruitment for three different sites, with a focus on manufacturing roles.
- Full-cycle recruitment: post and screen applicants, set up interviews, coordinate with internal Hiring Managers, conduct references, ensure that all required documents are completed before onboarding.
- Assist in coordinating HR-led programs including Co-Ops and Student Interns; communicating with post-secondary institutions and students.
- Work collaboratively with internal Hiring Managers to better understand their needs and support their recruitment.
- Though networking and recruitment, develop a pipeline of candidates for upcoming opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Experience in the manufacturing industry is required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional designations such as CHRL or CHRP are an asset.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ATS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with tools like Canva, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
