Responsibilities
Formulate and develop one service organization covering all Service Excellence processes, spare parts growth, performance contracts for all brands build on own existing facilities and Authorized service workshops and develop financial goals for service partners.
Develop own service activities complying with Group and Regional Service Standards & Requirements.
Responsible for implementing a strategic service growth plan for the country that supports the regional strategic planning approach and enabling the delivery of exemplary performance.
Responsible for short-term plans and budgets being created and delivered within the agreed organizational frames of reference.
Developing teams of highly skilled service technicians and Service Partners and building relationships with the company’s most important customers, ensuring the company creates exceptional relationships with these key customer groups.
Creating a sales and marketing plan to grow the service revenue for approval by Area Service Manager, Regional Service Director and the local General Manager.
Ensuring a common price policy and cash flow for service activities and spare parts/kits in accordance with the requirements of the region and aligned with local market conditions.
Ensuring the right amount of spare parts stock is kept.
Creating In-House service operations to maximize revenue and profits by using our own staff.
Using technology to add value and efficiency to our customers’ business by managing their pumps.
Builds a strong partnership with Grundfos sales leaders throughout the company and facilitates collaboration between sales and service teams, consequently contributing to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Understand, and have connections in, the energy optimization business and federal government Contacts and experience working with ESCO’s
Have work experience in the building automation or HVAC field.
Experience managing defined processes within the service environment.
Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in the service environment.
Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the service environment.
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats and to various levels of customer, engineering, and management audiences.
Excellent PC skills with above average knowledge and use of Microsoft Office application programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as strong aptitude for learning and applying new systems and programs.
Ability to travel 50%-75%, including overnights and weekends.
