Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Senior Sales Representative’s mission is to increase the company's revenues by implementing his or her group's business plan in terms of sales profitability, growth and account penetration for the region, market and portfolio under his or her responsibility. You stay abreast of changes in customer needs and market opportunities as you execute your sales initiatives and establish and manage the regional accounts action plan. You work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to provide market intelligence, adjust the marketing strategy and update customer profiles and needs data. You also look for opportunities to develop existing and future accounts. Finally, you must have to build and maintain strong relationships with your customers to ensure excellent customer service and maximize profitability in your sector.

Build and develop key relationships at all levels of the account's organization (Procurement, Category Management, Pricing, Technical, Accounting, Quality Control)

Validate customer quotation and pricing for all region/market accounts based on margin ranges
Educate and train customers on products and solutions
Manage contract creation and negotiation for regional accounts
Develop and managing account plans for regional accounts according to given guidelines (i.e. revenues)
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting to team
Maintain excellent client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
Following up on account plan goals for key accounts according to established guidelines
Use and update the CRM
Manage mostly A and B customers.
