Reporting to the Vice-President, Sales , the Senior Sales Representative oversees the sales pipeline for key accounts and coordinate sales team efforts for optimal delivery by supporting their team in the development of customer value propositions and offering integrated solutions in line with business opportunities, customer needs and market context in order to achieve sales targets.

*** Please note that this position is remote but requires 50% travel to the US and Canada***
- Keep abreast of changing customer needs and market opportunities while pursuing sales initiatives and establishing and managing the customer account action plan
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and S&OP teams to provide market intelligence, adjust marketing strategy and update customer profiles and needs data.
- Seek opportunities to develop existing and future accounts
- Establish and develop key relationships at all levels of the account organization (purchasing, category management, pricing, technical, accounting, quality control)
- Validate quotations and prices for all regions and markets according to margin ranges
- Educate and train customers on products and solutions
- Manage contract creation and negotiation
- Develop and manage customer account plans for specific guidelines
- Use and update CRM

- 5 years' experience in sales of fiber packaging products, boxboard or various paper products
- Ability to work with CRM tools

- Superior market and customer/consumer knowledge and negotiation skills with strong networking abilities to develop long-term relationships with customers
