Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain complex ETL processes using Informatica, including IICS (an asset).
- Manage and optimize Snowflake Cloud databases to ensure performance and efficiency.
- Develop and execute PL/SQL scripts for Oracle database integration and management.
- Use SAS Enterprise Guide for data analysis and manipulation.
- Integrate and manage data in data warehouses and data marts.
- Develop and maintain relational data models, including Data Vault.
- Perform advanced SQL queries to extract, transform and load data.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate ETL solutions into existing infrastructures.
- Apply ETL techniques to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Participate in projects in the insurance or finance sectors and use tools such as AWS S3, JAVA, GIT, Jenkins, Business Objects and Power BI to improve processes and reports.
Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
A bachelor’s degree in information technology / software engineering or any equivalent combination of training and experience
Between 3 to 5 years of experience with Informatica (IICS an asset)
Good experience with Cloud Snowflake database
Strong experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL programming.
Good experience with SAS Enterprise Guide
Experience in data integration (data warehouse & data mart).
Strong knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) techniques.
Strong experience with SQL
Experience with Data Vault and Relational Data Models.
Knowledge of insurance or financial sector will be advantageous.
Assets: AWS S3, JAVA, GIT, Jenkins, Business Objects and Power BI.
