Responsibilities of a Stamping Press Operator:
- Improve transfer die processes when required
- Ability to take lead in situations when the Production Supervisor is absent
- Recommend improvements in processes
- Manage all related issues by troubleshooting, re-training associates and following up with Supervisor
- Monitor quality of parts and follow outlined process
- Troubleshoot issues pertaining to quality, run ability and transfers

- Salary Range: $20-24hr (plus shift premium)
- Shift: Days 7:00am - 3:00pm Afternoons 3:30pm - 11:30pm Nights 11:00pm - 7am

What are we looking for?
- Proven leadership skills, which may include training operators
- Must have an understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and how to address safety issues
- Understand all functions of stamping press, feeder and de-coiler
- Understand dynamics of progressive dies during production run
- Ability to independently do die set-ups on presses
- Must be able to independently run all transfer presses
