Are you an experienced Support Analyst looking for a new opportunity in the downtown Toronto area then we would love to have you onboard! As
our Senior Support Analyst, your experience will allow you to hit the ground running in this role! Work very closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on developing and executing cloud migrations, hosted storage management, and technical projects in our downtown Toronto office.

Role details:

-Location is Downtown Toronto (Front Street East and Sherbourne, a 15 min walk from Union Stn)
-8-hour work day spent in an office setting
-Some travel may be necessary for on-site technical support and client meetings
-Some work is required outside of regular office hours

What will your day look like?

The Senior Analyst will be required to understand the technical, practical and financial aspects of all HT Cloud products and services. As a Senior member of the Technology Team, they will be expected to mentor and assist the HelpDesk with best practices and escalations. This process involves researching best practices for implementing strategic solutions and communicating those to management and team members.


-Work with the team to develop technical project plans by identifying all necessary resources and outlining
detailed schedules for implementation
-Assist with Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalated service and project tickets
-Address alerts and escalations for Data Center related issues
-Coordinate the delivery and installation of technology that meets quality assurance standards

Do you have the right qualifications?

-MUST HAVE excellent oral, written and telephone customer service skills including communicating in
user-friendly terms.
-MUST HAVE 5+ years direct work experience as a Level 2 Helpdesk Technician
-MUST HAVE advanced experience with hardware and networking
-MUST HAVE advanced experience with all currently supported Microsoft desktop operating systems and
Microsoft Office
