Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this position are:
Your main task will be to guide your customer portfolio on their travels around the world, especially big trips to Europe and Asia! High-end travel is the order of the day; we're looking for someone who can accompany them from A to Z.
Analyze customers' needs and provide them with accurate and useful information concerning their travel plans anywhere in the world.
Make reservations and purchases (packages, cruises, tours, hotels, automobiles and travel insurance).
Prepare personalized itineraries using computerized tools.
Qualifications
To be a potential candidate you must:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in global travel planning (Europe and Asia)
- Fluent in English and French, with clients from all over Canada!
- Permit from OPC
- experience with travel software, at least a learning facility is recommended
