User Research - Proven experience in leading and executing user research (qualitative and quantitative), to develop research scenarios, flows, questions, and testing script for different user groups
Experience to lead UX design discovery sessions with business stakeholders to define personas, goals, user journeys, and pain points
Experience with designing responsive Cloud based web and mobile applications for a variety of devices/browsers/screen sizes that are following the Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0). Must have Must have WCAG 2.0!

Responsibilities
Create effective, user friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
Design the overall functionality of the product in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.
Design user interfaces for various projects such as digital displays, publications, media, and other creative materials as required.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate the designs.
Conceive and conduct user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes
Qualifications
Experience with industry principles like google material design, IOS Human Interface Guidelines etc.
Sample portfolio of projects for mobile and web.
Experience in developing code using JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React
Demonstrated experience developing systems using client-side libraries (Bootstrap, Angular JS, jQuery, JavaScript), HTML5/CSS3
Experience with team collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Team Foundation Server, Bitbucket or gitlab
Experience with wireframing tools like Wireframe.cc (http://Wireframe.cc), Axure, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with designing responsive Cloud based web applications for a variety of devices/browsers/screen sizes, including screen readers that are in compliance with the Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0)
Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS, SCSS and LESS, Flex-Layout and CSS grid design concepts
Working Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture Working Knowledge of technology, data, databases, applications, and networking techniques, tools and practices
Proven experience using a variety of methodologies to carry-out the software development lifecycle (e.g., Agile, waterfall, etc.)
Extensive experience for working on projects for Web and Mobile
Experience in quickly adapting designs based on client feedback
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Proven experience in leading and executing user research (qualitative and quantitative) with design thinking methodologies and user testing best practices
Experience to lead UX design discovery sessions with business stakeholders to define personas, goals, user journeys, and pain points
Proven experience to develop research scenarios, flows, questions, and testing script for different user groups
Demonstrated experience to effectively probe and formulate questions during user testing sessions to find out the details and rationale behind each of the participants’ actions and accordingly document user testing findings
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
