Responsibilities
• Manage workers' compensation files for clients
• Inform and guide clients in reducing the impact of occupational injuries on their performance (organizational and financial)
• Advise clients on certain files such as maintaining the employment relationship in the context of rehabilitation
• Establish optimal litigation management strategies (in collaboration with stakeholders)
• Improve the service offering by offering customers better OHS management solutions (training, medical expertise, prevention, legal, outsourcing, ergonomics, etc.)
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the management of occupational injuries;
• Master the process of opening and monitoring a file at the CNESST (administrative and medical);
• Computer skills (Outlook, Excel);
• Good command of the French language
• Sense of organization, good management of priorities, communication skills;
• Team spirit and collaboration;
