Our high-profile Vancouver client is seeking to hire a Senior/Lead Support Analyst, on a long term contract with a strong probability of extension. How do you qualify?
To qualify for the Senior/Lead Support Analyst position with our Vancouver client, you must have:
• 5+ years’ work experience providing desktop support.
• 3-5 years’ experience with hardware deployments & Refresh.
• 3-5 years’ experience with reporting and providing executive support.
• 2-3 years’ experience with ServiceNow and other ITSM or ticket tracking tool.
• Exemplary problem solving skills.
• Customer centric mindset and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional team player
• Excellent communications skills: verbal, written and presentational.

What additional experience do you bring?
• Mac specific support experience an asset.
• Experience working in a large enterprise IT environment an asset.
• Experience with Casper and SCCM an asset.
• Experience with Windows 10 Refresh an asset.
