Reporting to the dealership's Manager, the Service Advisor is responsible for greeting and responding to customer requests. He/she must provide excellent customer service to ensure that the customer's experience in our dealership meets his/her expectations.

- Plan and organize mechanical maintenance and servicing;
- Apply the quality procedures in effect;
- Greet and satisfy the customer during the maintenance process;
- Ensure impeccable service and follow-up;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Qualifications
- More than 6 months experience in the customer service field;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
- Experience in the truck industry (an asset).
