Responsibilities
As a Service and Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing quality service in a dynamic environment by meeting the requirements of major client accounts and coordinating activities to meet deadlines.
Your responsibilities will include tracking orders through clients' computer platforms, from confirmation to delivery, preparing necessary shipping documents - transportation and customs, promptly responding to customer requests and complaints, creating and updating information for each client in the ERP system, and more.
Qualifications
You must be bilingual (oral and written), have a degree in an administration-related field (asset), 3-5 years of experience in coordination, customer service or logistics, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) as well as an ERP system in a manufacturing environment.
You must be able to manage priorities and emergencies, be organized and structured, customer-oriented, autonomous, detail-oriented, and versatile.
