Process all customer requests, orders and complaints
Prepare quotes
Find parts for resale
Ensure all invoices are correct and get approved
Process daily orders and assist in managing inventory
Other administrative tasks as requested
Qualifications
- Bilingual (French & English spoken)
- Experience in a customer service role
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Great problem solving skills
- Good skills on the Office Suite
- Excellent ability in communication and dynamic
- Detail oriented
