Permanent, 100% face-to-face
Location Ville Saint-Laurent is moving to the Indudstriel district of Laval in 6 months, very close to Francis Hugues and Highway 440
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 CAD
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 40 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch
Social benefits after 3 months
3% RRSP
Bonus of $2,000 to $4,000 per year
Possibility of action plan
3 weeks vacation
5 days of illness

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities:
-Coordinate and plan the work of technicians according to priorities, type of
work required and the location of the work to be done
- Provide technicians with complete information and resources necessary to
carry out their interventions.
- Assist technicians in finding and ordering parts/equipment
when they need it.
- Create work orders, carry out parts requisitions and invoicing.
- Ensure continuous communication within the service team to ensure
progress of the day
-Submits and completes technician reports once work is completed
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of
operations.
- Perform any other related task necessary for the proper functioning of the department
of service.
Qualifications
Bilingualism, both oral and written
-Experience in a coordination role similar to this
-Ease with software
- Ability to learn quickly
- Knowledge of industrial mechanics (an asset).
-Strong organizational and priority management skills.
- Sense of initiative
- Ability to manage time effectively and juggle several tasks at once.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
