Responsibilities
As a Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for handling first level support of service requests in a professional and timely
manner. This relates to all technology, to include: workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific
hardware and software.
Qualifications
As a Service Desk Analyst your experience includes:
-IT Education - University degree in Computer Science or Diploma
-Passion for technology
-Experienced in serving customers
NICE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
-Experience as a Service Desk Analyst supporting clients remotely
-Understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems
-Experience troubleshooting skills
-Experience supporting MS Office 365
-Basic support experience of WAN, LAN, Routers, Firewalls, security, VPB, Terminal Services etc
