We are actively seeking an energetic individual in the who has previous experience with a Service desk. The role is located in St. Catharines and is a permanent direct hire position!

If you enjoy working in a busy, fast pace environment then this is a perfect fit for you. You will be in a team with sales, finance and working on the floor!
Are you someone that loves to know the in's and out's of each role. The ability to pivot to where additional assistance may be required.
Do you go above and beyond the "job duties"?

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
• provide customer service at the counter
• processing customer orders
• answer phone calls promptly and efficiently
• answer various customer questions
• maintenance of the counter sales area, set-up of new displays and stocking shelves

• high energy and upbeat
• must be customer service driven
• exceptional communication and organizational skills
• work with minimal supervision
• can you role up your sleeves to get the job done?
• excellent stress management
• strong computer experience with Windows
• open to giving and receiving open feedback
