Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Perform minor repairs (silicone, cement, etc.)
- Ensuring building security
- Perform other related duties.
Qualifications
The Maintenance Agent must have the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of the MS office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Experience in the food industry, in processes and production lines;
- 2 years of experience in a similar position (asset);
- Good mechanical knowledge and ability to perform manual tasks;
- Ability to perform physical efforts and good knowledge to move heavy equipment;
- Ability to do plumbing work (for example: making threads on a pipe, etc.);
- Ability to assess the different maintenance needs;
- Knowledge and skills in general work;
- Ability to work in a team (team spirit);
- Capacity for an efficient organization and a well-structured working method
- Ability to determine the degree of importance of priorities;
- Thoroughness, Interpersonal skills, Diligence, Sense of initiative, Communicator;
- A developed sense of autonomy, ability to manage their own time, vs the workload to be done;
- Love challenges, attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
