Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking for a Service Officer for a 7 month contract in Toronto! Do you have previous experience documenting client information and have wealth management knowledge? If so, we have the role for you!

Pay Rate: $18.00/ hour
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:30pm or 9:30-6:00pm

As a Service Officer your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Process internal transfers between accounts
- Escalate processing issues where necessary to ensure a high level of service is maintained
- Record transactions
- Identify opportunities to improve service
- Complete investigations
- Follow firm and industry standards

Qualifications
Must have:
- 2-4 years of admin experience
- Exp. with accurately documenting & recording customer/client information
- Knowledge of Wealth mgt. (i.e. Product knowledge of account types & their functions)
- University degree (preferably in business)

Nice to have:
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course
