Job title: Service Technician
Shift: 7AM – 5PM Mon-Fri
Location:
Winston Churchill & Argentia (West Mississauga – Site location)
Salary: $50,000 to $75, 000 (based on experience

Responsibilities
What will you be responsible for as a Service Technician:
- Installing new machines at customer locations (restaurants, bistros, café, etc.)
- Performing preventative maintenance on all machines
- Performing repairs and maintenance on commercial espresso and coffee brewing systems
- Emergency on-site technical support for Toronto and surrounding areas
- Covering other service areas as needed on a national basis
- Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems
- Electronics, appliance technician or other related degree preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
- Skilled with the use of test instruments such as multimeters
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 25lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs
- Other duties as assigned on-site at the hub location and at the customer site location
Qualifications
Do you have the skills needed as a Service Technician:
- Minimum 3 years of equipment servicing/repairs
- The ideal candidate will have exposure/hands-on experience with coffee machinery, equipment
- Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record
- Superior customer service skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Ability to work independently and organize own activities
- Must be able to drink coffee as the final step is the quality evaluation of dispensed coffee (taste and appearance)
