Responsibilities
-Maintain inventory, tools and company vehicle to standards
-Available for on calls (average of one weekend per month)
-Conduct technical analysis, modifications and enhancements to products
-Troubleshoot technical problems and systems issues
-Conduct preventative maintenance and upgrades to software and hardware
-Positive customer engagement
Qualifications
-3+ years experience in a service technician role
-Education in Electronics or other related field preferred
-Experience working with medical equipment, automation equipment or atms is an asset
-Customer service skills including good listening, and good written and verbal skills
-Valid class 5 drivers license with clear driving record
-Valid passport and the ability to travel to the US for training
-Able to pass a criminal backcheck
-Double vaccination is required by this client
