Responsibilities
Desired Skills and Work Experience:
•3+ years of system administration of ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM modules);
•Verified ServiceNow Certification: minimum CSA, desired: CSAD, CIS (ITSM, ITOM), CAS
•Programming languages: JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS;
•Experience working with ServiceNow portal, creating and maintaining catalog items, ATF, system upgrades, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, flow designer,
application development, including mobile applications;
•Experience with maintaining and creating workflow;
•Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT security best practices
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work in a team environment, willing to share knowledge across the team
Qualifications
Additional nice to have skills and experience:
•Experience working with ERP including HR and Finance modules;
•3 years of experience in MS SQL programming, SSRS reporting;
•Experience in building and supporting integrations;
•ServiceNow experience: implementing and supporting of Employee Center, WSD (Workspace Service Delivery), or virtual agent.
