Are you passionate about the Banking Industry? Are you computer savvy, having banking knowledge and have excellent communication skill? If so, this may be the role for you!

We are currently looking for a Servicing Analyst to support our client in Downtown Toronto for a 6 month contract with potential for extension!

Pay: $20.26/hour
Hours: 37. 5 hours per week

As a Servicing Analyst your main job duties include but are not limited to:
- Open and maintain client accounts
- Fulfill routine and frequently non-routine tasks related to internal business partner and/or external customer inquiries/ requests, and/or audit/ reconciliation activities.
- Solve more complex issues efficiently and effectively in accordance with Bank and industry standards.
- Follow procedures to resolve internal business partner and/or external customer inquiries/ requests and issues.
- Operate within a highly regulated external environment and ensure sound management of significant financial risk associated with the transactions under management.

Must Have skills:
1) Strong communication skills both verbal and written
2) Intermediate Excel skills - formulas/pivot tables/spreadsheet tracking
3) Strong attention to detail
4) Computer savvy and able to pick up new technology quickly
5) Must be able to work Overtime when needed.

Nice to have's:
1) Industry knowledge - IROC, AML, KYC
2) Must be able to work in a team environment
3) Experience working with a heavy workflow would be an asset

Education/Experience: High School Diploma, College/ university preferred. or equivalent. 2-3 years related experience required.
