Four days on, four days off
Permanent position offering excellent remuneration
Located in Downtown, Vancouver


About the role:
We are currently seeking a shift engineer to join the team on a permanent shift basis located in Downtown, Vancouver

This is a Rotating Schedule:
6:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Duties:
• Conducts preventative maintenance on a regular scheduled timetable on building HVAC equipment (chillers, boiler, cooling towers, pumps, fans, pressure regulating valves, etc.).
• Calling and coordinating contractors for larger improvements.
• Responding to tenant requests as the arise and addressing general concerns.
• Maintain chemical levels for water treatment program
• Responds to and deals with problems with equipment of an unscheduled nature.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in Building Operations.
• 4th or 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate required
• Comfortable with shift work
