Responsibilities
• Receiving: Unload, inspect, and document incoming shipments. Verify contents against invoices and stock items in the correct locations.
• Shipping: Prepare outgoing materials, including packing, labeling, and creating shipments using Purolator and UPS systems.
• Inventory: Maintain accurate records, input data into Excel, and participate in cycle counting. Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments and external carriers to resolve any issues with shipments.
• Utilize Counterbalance electric forklift to collect product, load and unload
• Wrapping and setting up of skids
• Labelling and relabeling of product
• RF scanning
• General housekeeping
• Other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience working in a small to medium warehouse distribution environment
• Valid forklift license and experience - Raymond Reach & Counterbalance
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multi-task, adapt to a fast-paced changing work environment
