Shipper Receiver

We are looking to hire experienced Shipper Receivers to assist with our company's expansion in this amazing career opportunity. We are seeking someone with 1+ years' experience in this industry and has a background in warehouse roles and safe handling of materials such as glass and aluminum. WE WILL TRAIN!! We are looking for someone who is seeking a full-time, long term job opportunity as we are hoping to encourage growth within our company. Daily duties include order picking and packing materials including glass as required, restocking products with identity tags and record and track unit numbers. You would get the chance to work with tools everyday and operate a forklift or pallet jack as needed (we will certify). Time: 6:30AM- 3:30PM (hour lunch)
Wage $18-22/hr depending on your experience!

Responsibilities
- Mark and Identify containers while restocking and unloading orders
- Pack containers and quality check before shipping
- Preparing orders via picking products or assembling items
- Ability to operate a chop saw, table saw, angle grinder, drills and Sawzall
- Read and receive work orders via oral instructions to determine materials or equipment needed
- Load and unload sorted cargo for deliveries (assist with deliveries where needed)
- Climb ladders, pulling or throwing tarps, and lifting up to 50lbs of product (roughly)

Qualifications
- Ability to work on a deadline with a team
- 1-3 years of warehouse experience would be ideal for this role
- Inventory and quality check products prior to shipment
- Forklift experience preferred but not required (we will certify in house)
- Able to work in or outdoors in any weather as we operate all year
- Critical thinker and can work alone or very closely with a small team
- You are located in the Port Coquitlam, BC area
