Responsibilities
- Receive customer instructions/purchase orders and enter orders.
- Perform data entry in the operational system.
- Invoice customers, making sure to verify that all charges for the services provided are included.
- Follow up on uncompleted orders.
- Contact transport providers for pick-up or delivery.
- Prepare transport documentation.
- Organize files.
- Manage the verification or inventory taking.
- Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
- Have an ease of adaptation.
- Be independent.
- Bilingual.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to customers.
- Must be proficient in all areas of the Microsoft Office suite.
