Responsibilities
Operate reach and sit-down counterbalance forklifts.
Perform order picking, cycle counting, and shipping
Safely load and unload finished goods using mechanical and powered vehicles.
Accurately pick, pack, seal, label, verify, and scan customer orders.
Build skids and small shipping orders.
Load and unload trucks as needed.
Prepare shipping documents like work orders and BOL.
Coordinate pickups with couriers and transport companies.
Maintain an organized and clean shipping area.
Follow Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Ensure forklifts and equipment are well-maintained and safe.
Perform physical tasks to load, unload, sort, and move shipments manually or with equipment.
Verify shipment contents against records like manifests and invoices.
Adhere to shipping and receiving policies and regulatory compliance.
Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and documentation requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving of all orders.
Meet compliance for transportation and customs regulations (C-TPAT, NAFTA) and recommend improvements.
Ensure accuracy in RF processes and address discrepancies.
Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma required.
Minimum of 2 years of warehousing experience.
Certified forklift operator with counterbalance and Raymond Reach experience.
Knowledge of courier systems.
Understanding of order fulfillment processes.
SAP experience preferred.
Strong skills in prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
