Responsibilities
Dispatch function, building loads, routing drivers, etc
Data Entry as well as administrative and clerical duties that support dispatch function
Maintain and achieve on-time delivery
Establish and preserve excellent relationships with drivers, clients, suppliers, co-workers alike
Coordinate with customs brokers/coordinators
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday - 4:30am to 12:30pm
Qualifications
Experience in the Transportation/Logistics industry is an asset
Scheduling, administrative experience is a strong plus
Strong communication skills is a must
Capability to self-motivate, prioritize, self-organize
Ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team and independently in an office environment
Detail oriented
