Responsibilities
The shipping and receiving clerk will:
- Verify delivery documents
- Verify materials received (checking quantities, qualities)
- Contact suppliers if there are any issues (defective products)
- Sending materials to other locations
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- All other tasks assigned to the shipper/receiver clerk
Qualifications
- Able to use a computer system
- Experience as a shipping and receiving clerk
- Experience in construction (an asset)
- Fluent in the French language, oral + written (English an asset)
- Able to lift 50lb loads
- Able to travel to Salaberry-de-Valleyfield
