    Are you an experienced shipping Clerk (outbound Clerk) with an experience in the transportation/logistics industry?     Responsibilities
    Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
    -Create and file documents relating to the operations of the facility.
    -Prepare, issue and send out receipts, bills, invoices, statements, custom paperwork
    -Track, trace, and update the status of outgoing shipment. Scanning and sorting outgoing stock.
    -Customer Service including answering in a timely manner customer inquiries via telephone/email/fax
    -Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies.
    -Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment of products.



    Qualifications
    - Must be able to work 12pm - 8pm Monday to Friday
    - Minimum 1 years administrative experience in related industry
    - Experience in the transportation industry
    - Previous experience with Truckmate or AS400
    - Strong data entry skills
    - Proficient with MS Office Suite applications
    - Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills
    - Ability to multi-task assignments in a fast paced work environment
    - Strong planning and organizing skills, able to work with strict deadline in high paced environment
    - Able to work independently with minimum supervision and with professional attitude
